Food is such a fundamental and wonderful part of my life both at home and on the road providing me with a good mood and the restored energy I need to keep active and happy.

So people frequently ask me for recipes, how I source my protein, how I manage to make such dynamic meals even when camping and also lots of people asking for help and advice on making steps towards or going vegan. So I’ve decided to start sharing them with you. If you want to see me try a particular dish, let me know and I’ll do my best with whichever resources I have available around me! 🙂
