Food is such a fundamental and wonderful part of my life both at home and on the road providing me with a good mood and the restored energy I need to keep active and happy.

So people frequently ask me for recipes and tips – how I source my protein, how I manage to make such dynamic meals even when camping and also lots of people asking for help and advice on making steps towards or going vegan and/or zero waste. So I’ve decided to start sharing them with you. If you want to see me try a particular dish, let me know and I’ll do my best with whichever resources I have available around me! 🙂
