Hi, I’m Han. Life enthusiast, world adventurer, devoted meditator, inspired creative, people’s person and business woman; living in devotion to joy whilst showing others how to unlock it inside themselves. Years of unhappiness and feeling ‘different’ as a child birthed this ambition to make the world a happier place. What started as a mission to change the world evolved into my own philosophy and lifestyle. I show people what’s possible by living a truly heart-led life.

In 2018, I launched Hannah’s Happiness Project by setting off on an extraordinary journey cycling across the world to research, practice, inspire and teach happiness while fundraising for four incredible charities. This adventure became more than a project; it transformed into a way of life. I’ve spent years immersed in diverse cultures, communities and environments, observing how happiness is shaped by different behaviours, relationships and circumstances.
I’ve learnt that happiness is a practice and it is my mission to make happiness accessible and sustainable for all those who are brave enough to reach for it.
I combine research, education and social outreach to bring happiness into private, corporate, educational, holistic and public settings. My work takes many forms from wellness retreats and community outreach to motivational speaking and personalised coaching. I’ve been privileged to share my insights in a wide variety of people and spaces, from those suffering with addition and homelessness to the TEDx stage, where I’ve inspired audiences with my stories and life lessons.
I live in alignment with my theory that humility and ‘enough-ness’ are key pillars of happiness, realising that excess creates the same imbalance as lack. Happiness is living presently in harmony with your true nature. This is achieved through balancing connection with yourself, others and your environment. I help people meet themselves honestly and realise that sense of harmony by tailoring a life that’s perfect for them.
Change starts with awareness.
Actualisation arises from taking action.
Sustenance occurs with confidence, commitment and consistency.
I create the space for people to listen inwards and connect with their inner voice; invoking clarity, motivation and purpose. From here we realise what’s important, build stability and trust, and activate inspiration that is often buried under stress, overwhelm or insecurity.
Background & Purpose
My journey with personal development began as a 10 year old child, deeply unhappy and not wanting to carry on. Years of self hate and self-harm evolved into a passion for ensuring others didn’t have to experience the same. Through my travels, I’ve developed a unique approach to understanding happiness, realising it to be a very personal experience. By cross-referencing patterns from all walks of life, I use my wealth of experience to create safe spaces for people to meet themselves in deep awareness, empowering them to build personalised frameworks for healing and growth. Whether the focus is emotional, physical, relational, or spiritual, my mission is to help others evolve into their happiest, most authentic selves.
After 8 years with a specialised focus on the topic, I now create safe spaces for people to meet themselves deeply; authentically, emotionally and creatively. Harmony occurs through balancing healthy connection with yourself, other people and your environment.
I offer private happiness coaching as well as classes, workshops, retreats and plant-based catering to individuals, groups and companies to help people live happier and more fulfilling lives. Combining Qi Gong & Taoist practice, meditation, conversation, conscious eating and creative therapies, I support you to integrate nourishing habits into your daily life alongside shifting your perspective to be expansive, opportunistic and joyful.
I work with you to both RESOLVE and DISSOLVE. This means tackling the inner and outer work. To RESOLVE is ironing out the knots in your story to empower you within your beliefs and identity. The DISSOLVE is guiding you on the long spiritual path to freeing yourself of those attachments altogether.
If you are looking for someone with a list of qualifications/courses and uniform techniques then that’s not me. I am a person who still writes notes by hand and always opts for the long, manual road which gives my facilitation a unique and personal flavour. Some of the life experience that qualifies me to hold space:
THE INNER WORK
- 9+ years of yoga & meditation, 5 years of daily meditation
- 5+ years of a weekly day of silence and fasting, as well as regular 3 day silent fasts (in addition to holding that space for others)
- 3 years of daily Tai Chi, Qi Gong & Taoist practice with regular private long study immersions with my teacher in multiple locations across the world
- Many other general healthy habits over a long term including: journalling, prayer, somatic practices, mantra practice
THE OUTER WORK
- Recovering from childhood depression & self harm
- Deep familial healing including challenges such as addiction and infidelity resulting in healthy relationships within my unusually complex family of 7 siblings with my parents and multiple step parents/mothers
- 12+ years of solo world travel starting at age 18 including multiple long term stints (6-12-18-24+ months)
- Lived and worked abroad as a group travel tour guide to international clients of diverse backgrounds and ages
- Business experience as the Operations Director for an international children’s performing arts franchise and Managing Director of a bespoke travel agency
- Cycled 10s of thousands of kilometres (lost count) across the world alone fundraising for charity which taught me the art of slow living. I would often sleep in places of worship or people’s homes exposing me to cultural diversity, intimate spaces and personal kitchens which has inspired a lot of my development across the board. (For sure my bicycle has definitely been one of my greatest teachers!)
- Set up my own community projects/kitchens/initiatives supporting the homeless, poor, neurodiverse and those suffering with addiction
- 8 years of focused happiness research with huge volumes of writing (that maybe one day I’ll publish!)
- Facilitating, teaching and speaking at schools, universities, the TEDx stage, for companies and at retreats on a diverse range of topics including female empowerment, happiness and environmental awareness
- Sailing across the Atlantic Ocean
My journey has taught me that radical transformation sustains with small consistent acts. I have also learned that the deepest work is truly personal which is why I don’t offer generalised courses or content for the masses like many online practitioners. Instead, I create programmes for individuals, focusing on your specific needs, building intimacy and trust.
If you are looking for a quick fix or another ‘tick’ to say you’ve done something else, I am not the one to walk the path with you. But if your heart yearns for a mindset shift, more intentional living, conscious communication, creative freedom, depth and commitment in your relationships and you’re ready to do the work, we just might be a great fit.
In addition to private coaching & mentoring, I also offer group and corporate sessions, community dining experiences and private chef services for retreats and other events. All my work is focused through the lens of delivering happiness and harmony.
Happiness isn’t just something I teach, it’s a way of life I aim to embody and share. Whether it’s working with children, facilitating meditation and Qi Gong classes, or offering one-to-one coaching, my goal is to make happiness a practical, sustainable and joyful reality for all.
Let’s find your happiness together
