“Wow Hannah, I always knew you were amazing but to witness it first hand was incredible. Of course the benefits to me attending such a retreat were enormous I felt nourished, uplifted and positive. As the day progressed felt more relaxed and happier to release into the exercises due to the incredible energy and community of wonderful eclectic people. The attention to detail was evident, such as the little memo cards, flowers, snacks, food, atmosphere in the rooms, cushions, smells, music, candles, flavoured water etc etc, I noticed it all and it made for an even better experience. The planning and organisation that went into such an event was obvious. Your support staff were also incredible, behind the scenes making sure everything went so smoothly, which it did from my perspective!
