Surrender in Silence 1:1 Retreat

After 3 years of observing one day per week of silence, I now facilitate this special container for others to heal by journeying inwards. My technique is very different from other types of silent retreats and is kept on a 1:1 basis to maximise the intimacy and impact of your experience. We will be making room for your emotions and thoughts to rise, be observed, expressed and let go organically and healthily. Holding you in your journey from recuperation to revelation, this is a life-changing experience that helps you convert knowledge to wisdom.

1:1 Happiness Course

Happiness is a practice. In this 4 week 1:1 programme we will explore 4 key areas to tailor and activate your personal happiness practice. Carefully designed to explore, strategise and improve on 4 of the key features of your life which contribute to happiness and balance: Self Awareness & Emotional Regulation, Passion & Purpose, Connection & Communication, Expression & Play and includes a free follow up integration session 2 weeks later.
